Delivery Information

Delivery is usually completed within 5 working days, unless awaiting stock in which case we will contact you and give a re-supply date or the option to cancel the order. If timed, am and Saturday deliveries are required, there will be an added surcharge. Please contact us for details either by phone or e-mail.

Deliveries can only be sent to the cardholders address without exception.
All deliveries will be made via a tail lift lorry.
The driver will deliver the goods as close as possible to the property, but will not be responsible for manually unloading the contents of the pallet/s if for instance, there is a pebble driveway etc. in which the pallet truck cannot be used.

Sample Information

Samples ordered are despatched via Royal Mail, please allow up to a week for delivery.

The first two samples are available free of charge, however we reserve the right to charge £1.00 per sample plus postage for additional samples requested.

Samples of adhesives, grout, care products and stone basins are not available. In some cases the matching tile of the stone basin is available and can be sent out as a sample.

All samples are 100 x 100mm cuttings of the actual tile. Please bare in mind that natural stone varies in shade, colour and tone from tile to tile and although a sample is a good representative of what the stone will look like, each tile will not be an exact replica of the sample received.
